This is the latest version of Big Fix which is still active. Updates are behind a couple of weeks at times as in this case for July 2007 however well worth the wait.

Second to Big Fix is Autopatcher which is not as complex with its searching your OS for updates and installing only what you need rather a large patch of updates rolled into one. You must install the CORE updater first then check back on the site to get recent updates its not an acutal utility that can self install updates on its own as Big Fix.
