You can create subdirectories depending on the Outlook folder name, items sender, recipient, subject and date. You also can replace an attachment by a shortcut to the extracted file, remove the attachment from the item or delete the item itself. Outlook Attachment Sniffer is also able to inspect MSG-attachments for attachments inside the MSG-file recursively. You can auto-replace the shortcuts with the original extracted attachments when sending or forwarding an e-mail containing a shortcut to an extracted attachment.
