IntelliAddress Professional 2.7

IntelliAddress is designed to scan existing emails for contact information provided in signature block and automatically creates a Contacts Folder within Microsoft Outlook. Each time the program detects new, or edited contact information in incoming emails, it automatically keeps the Outlook Contact Folder up-to-date. The result is a comprehensive address book. In a test conducted by one of Germanys leading computer magazines, c't, IntelliAddress extracted about 700 contacts [] from around 7000 emails.

These contacts can be used to incorporate existing contacts in Microsoft Word letter templates, invoices, admonition and fax forms quickly and easily.

A variety of document templates applicable both for personal and professional use are included in IntelliAddress Professional.
